IN PRACTICE is a journal that is accessible for both practitioners and academics and focuses on the application of Work and Organizational Psychology in Europe.
The e-journal was first published in 2006 and is open-access.

The journal aims to publish every year but there are no deadlines for submission.
Offer your ideas for an article to the editorial team or write a draft after consulting the style guide.
Material is peer reviewed and constructive feedback will be given to enable publication in the journal.
