Professor Sharon Parker has recently been awarded an Australian Research Council Laureate Fellowship and is establishing a unique, world-class Centre for Transformative Work Design. The Centre focuses on the transformative role of work design in enhancing individual health, well-being and learning, as well as team and organisational effectiveness.

Business Development Officer - REF: 496657

• Salary range: Level 9 AU$106,198 - $112,499 p.a.

This position is to be the Business Development Officer. The Collaboratory is the part of the Centre that creates a positive impact on work practice and policy through proactive dissemination of research findings and the facilitation of knowledge exchange with relevant partners. You will develop and disseminate evidence-based materials for relevant stakeholders, design strategies to influence policy-makers, and engage the broader community.

Post doctoral Research Associate/Fellow - REF: 496655

Salary range:
• Level A AU $65,232 - $88,520 p.a. (Minimum commencing salary for PhD is $88,520 p.a.)
Level B AU $93,182 - $110,654 p.a. or
Level C AU $114,147 - $131,622 p.a. (dependent on experience and qualification)

Applications are invited from suitably qualified individuals Level A through to Level C in the Centre for Transformative Work Design at UWA Business School. Appointees are expected to have relevant PhD qualification in organisational psychology and experience in a range of research methods conducting applied organisational and field-based research.

This is an opportunity for four outstanding post-doctoral researchers with a track record of academic excellence and a passion for work design research to join a high impact, research centre. Your role is integral in providing input into the planning and design of the Centre research program, with particular responsibility for one of the research streams.

An individual who has recently graduated with their PhD would normally be expected to start in the Level A to B range.
