UCC wishes to appoint a Lecturer in Work and Organisational Psychology. We welcome applications from candidates with research interests in the area of work psychology, organisational behaviour or human resource management that complement the existing research activities of the School or bring expertise in relevant emerging areas. We are looking for evidence of research activity and potential through publications, collaborations, and plans for/secured research funding. The successful applicant will be expected to pro-actively contribute to our accredited Masters in Work and Organisational Psychology and to shaping our teaching and research in that subject area. Reporting to the Head of School, the lecturer will hold a doctoral qualification and be eligible for membership of the Psychological Society of Ireland and the Division of Work and Organisational Psychology.

Appointment will be made on the Lectureship Salary Scale: 33,481-59,132/ 64,627-83,096.
