Detailed Description

McKinsey Organizational Solutions, offers a suite of organizational design tools to support companies considering major organizational restructuring. We work with companies undergoing a merger or acquisition, significant expansion, or headcount reduction. We identifiy opportunities to create a more effective organization, as well as support in designing the organization of the future and implementing it.  We are looking for Coaches who will provide end-to-end support activities related to the deployment of the Organization Solutions (OS) tools (such as OHI and OrgLab) for clients.

We are looking for technical operations associates to support our suite of Organization oriented solutions. The successful candidates will carry out the technical aspects of our engagements supporting our coaches who deliver our solutions to our clients.  Technical Operations Associates are highly organized and technically skilled team members with strong problem-solving and communication skills and a solid understanding of technology.  Typical duties will include:

Delivering excellence:
• Managing all the technical aspects of our projects
• Configuring our proprietary tools
• Working with data in MS Excel
• Working with presentations in MS Powerpoint

Sharing knowledge:
• Talking to our internal and external clients about our technology
• Demonstrating our technology
• Documenting our tools / creating training materials and manuals
• Training users of our technology

Improving, maintaining and fixing:
• Partnering with our users to define new features and applications
• Documenting bugs and enhancement requests
• Co-ordinating with other technical teams

Troubleshooting:
• Problem solving issues with internal and external clients

Desired Skills

We are looking for someone who highly organized and can manage multiple and competing priorities. You will be technically qualified with at least two years’ experience in a consultancy environment. The successful candidate will have experience working with MS Excel, HTML, SQL and have knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems such as Peoplesoft and SAP. You will be knowledgeable about new technologies and show enthusiasm for innovation and entrepreneurship.

Education:
• University degree, ideally in computer science or engineering
