Florida Institute of Technology invites applications for a tenure track faculty position in the School of Psychology, to begin in August 2020. This position will contribute to both the undergraduate program and the Industrial Organizational (I/O) graduate program, and ideal candidates will specialize in cross-cultural psychology and/or global I/O psychology.

We are seeking candidates with a commitment to excellence in teaching, research, and service who will embody our emphasis on student success. We are looking for someone with evidence of potential to:

a) develop and maintain a productive and coherent research program that is nationally recognized via high-quality peer-reviewed publications, external funding, and professional presentations;

b) provide strong teaching, mentoring, and advising to a diverse population of graduate and undergraduate students;

c) contribute to and participate in the mission of the programs and college, and

d) have the potential to collaborate with our Institute for Cross Cultural Management (

Founded at the dawn of the Space Race in 1958, Florida Institute of Technology is the only independent technological university in the Southeast. Florida Tech offers degree programs at undergraduate, masters, and doctoral levels.
