The I/O program offers an M.S. and a Ph.D., has a collegial and productive faculty, has been ranked number one in program culture and 2nd overall (Kraiger & Abalos, 2004), and consistently performs well in other rankings (Beiler, Zimmerman, Doerr & Clark, 2014; Roman, Barnett, & Eatough, 2018).
