NEW CALL FOR WOP-P CONSORTIUM GRANTS

The call for winning one of the prestigious WOP-P grants is now open! So, take advantage of this great opportunity to participate in the Erasmus Mundus Master in Work, Organization, and Personnel Psychology (WOP-P)!

The WOP-P Master started in 2006 and aims to provide excellent experts in WOP psychology for an increasingly globalized socio-economic context. It is organized by the international WOP-P Consortium, composed of the University of Valencia (Spain), the University of Barcelona (Spain), the University of Bologna (Italy), and the University of Coimbra (Portugal), which aims at guaranteeing an education that encompasses the three fields of the discipline (i.e., work, organizational, and personnel psychology), that integrates science and practice in a mutual interaction, that addresses both the emerging and the traditional WOP-P topics, and that reinforces multicultural skills and competencies.

The Winter School and the Practicum
Beyond studying in two of the universities that compose the WOP-P Consortium in classes of 10 maximum of 20 students, you are also going to do a WOP-related practicum wherever you want in the World and attend the Winter School! In this last one, you are going to have the privilege to actively attend classes held by extremely well-prepared professors coming from all around Europe and the USA. In addition, you will have the luck to meet all the students belonging to your same WOP-P cohort and some of the students coming from the other universities based in North and South America.

The Diplomas
Students graduating from the WOP-P Master receive Joint Master’s Degrees diploma.

Employability
The employability of the WOP-P Master is very high! Indeed, three employability surveys were conducted among the previous WOP-P students, one in 2015-2016 (n = 112), another in 2019 (n = 159), and a follow-up in 2024 (n = 178) which resulted that more than 90% of them are currently employed or self-employed. Moreover, more than 80% of them spent less than 6 months to find their first job, either as a scientist or as a practitioner, after graduation.

The Deadline
So, do not wait to apply to the call for the next academic year! The call is going to be open until the 18th of January 2025. After such a deadline, candidates will be anyhow able to apply to the WOP-P Master but without the possibility of receiving the WOP-P grant.
